This website exists to advertise the business and share news and updates with our visitors. It is a resource for Primary Schools, Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCOs) and other SEN practitioners.

We share information about our training courses and suitable information regarding SEN support, advice and services of other UK based SEN practitioners, charities and services.

All content and pictures on this site belong to Inclusive Learning Lancs Ltd. Therefore any copying and reuse in any format from this site is in breach of our copyright and terms of conditions.

The data collected by us usually consists of other contact details for schools in Lancashire and Cumbria and some other areas of the Northwest of England, plus names of SENCOs and other teaching and support staff. We also hold contact details for other SEN practitioners and services who we have met at events or done business with.

Our contact data has been collected from bookings and attendance at our training events; or via our website sign up form. We have used open source contact data for schools in the North West of England, obtained from County Council websites: Lancashire, Cumbria and Blackpool, plus other additional internet searches.

We send information about our training courses and occasional newsletters to our mailing list.

All the data held on behalf of Inclusive Learning Lancs Ltd is treated with upmost confidentially and security.

Data collected consists primarily of Name, School or Business Name, Address, Email and Telephone contact number. Other information may include social media details, type of business, website address.

We utilise external administrative support from Julia Page of AdminAnywhere. Please check their website to access their privacy policy.

All contact data is stored securely on AdminAnywhere's internal business server and backed up to an encrypted, secure, cloud storage service Spideroak. Contact data is also stored in Mailchimp for the purpose of those subscribed to receive our newsletters. Data is shared between AdminAnywhere and Inclusive Learning Lancs Ltd via secure shared folders.

Inclusive Learning Lancs Ltd does not knowingly collect any sensitive data (e.g. any details about pupils in your school, race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data).


Your contact data is used for marketing purposes only; i.e. for sending newsletters and for advertising of our training courses, and following up on enquiries etc.

We may analyse the data produced following the despatch of a newsletter to identify the performance of the newsletter and improve impact for future newsletters. This data includes who has/hasn't opened the newsletter, clicked on any links etc.

We work in partnership with Inclusive Learning North Ltd and use AdminAnywhere for our administrative support therefore our contact data is shared with them for the capacity of the work required by us.
We do not share our contact data with our any other third party. We do not buy data or sell any of our contact data.


We take your privacy and the security of your information very seriously and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, but please be aware that any data which you send to us via our website and email is sent at your own risk.

Information is stored for as long as it is required or until its deletion is requested.
