Dyslexia & Dyscalculia
Katie Nelson has founded the Dyslexia Centre North West, which is based in Preston She provides training and support for Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and other learning difficulties for children and adults. She offers help with diagnostic assessments, 1:1 tuition and staff training. A range of structured, cumulative, multi-sensory tuition services for all ages is also provided at the centre in Preston.
Visual Processing and Reading Difficulties
Kathryn Whitfield SpLD Lead Orthopist based at Warrington General Hospital. She offers awareness training for schools to support visual impairment and provides assessments and support for children with visual impairment.
