SENCO Training Days

£150 per place including lunch

£210 for all 3 termly forums when booked together


SENCO Forums

  • We cover a range of topics to support your Primary SENCO role
  • Updates on national issues and policies




£80 per place



  • A specific topic each term to enhance your SENCO Role
  • Also suitable for other staff in school
  • Examples of Topics covered:
    • Autism, Dyslexia, Discalculia Lego-based Therapy, SLCN, Mental Health, Behaviour
    • Planning, Assessments
  • Often presented by a specialist who can truly share their area of expertise

£80 per 1st place. £60 per additional place


Lancashire and Cumbria

Events held across Cumbria and Lancashire, accessible via M6 & M65

  • North and South of the Lake District
  • Garstang in North Lancashire
  • Clayton-le-Moors in East Lancashire
  • Leyland for South/South West Lancashire

Targeted at primary schools, however the training may also be suitable for educational practitioners who support primary aged children with special educational needs within another service environment.

School based training

Whole school INSET training, e.g.

  • Understanding the code of practice
  • Identifying and meeting the needs of individuals
  • Effective use of support staff

Consultancy visits

One to one consultancy support for SENCOs, e.g.

  • Supporting new SENCOs
  • Auditing and identifying priorities to improve provision for pupils with SEN
  • Working with the SENCO and SEN Governor
  • Helping you find the specialist help you need.

2020/21 Academic Year

We are currently planning our ever-popular SENCO Training (CPD & SENCO Forum) for the 2020-2021 academic year…which we hope to be able to deliver at our normal venues.
We do have the option to deliver them via our online, interactive format (as per these summer 2020 CPD/Forums) if restrictions still dictate.
